Our Ultimate Goal

We are planning to start a business organization which incorporates the below mentioned principles.  Since such a Business Organisation is not permitted in our Country, we have formed a Private Limited Company and we will explore the possibilities of commencing such a Business  Organisation.

  1. Any Indian can become a shareholder of the Company.
  2. As of now a maximum dividend working out to 12% ROI will be paid based on the investment of the shareholders. It may be zero also.  The balance profit will be utilized for the development of Government – Schools, Colleges & Hospitals.
  3. This organization will have nation-wide network with leaders democratically elected by Shareholders for nation, state, district, city, town, ward etc.
  4. Every Shareholder irrespective of the investment made will have only one vote.
  5. An elected leader can hold office for a term of 5 years. No one can contest for the same post for the 2nd  The maximum age is 65 years.
  6. Apart from elected leaders, employees will be appointed to manage the activities of the Organization.
  7. Like any other business organization, even in our business, we pay salaries, incentives, commissions, professional fees, etc. Similarly, we pay dividends to shareholders the minimum being 0% and the maximum being 12% Return on Investment. This payment of the dividend is considered as an honorarium for the services provided by the shareholders, who have invested purely with the philanthropic approach. The entire profit is used for paying salaries to unemployed teachers for teaching at Government Schools & Colleges.
